A judgment has been entered against you and a writ of 26 restitution will be issued effective _________________ 27 (date). Without additional notice to you, the sh erif f28 will serve a writ of restitution on or after 8:00 a.m. on 29 _________________ ( date) . 30 31 2. You are to prepare the mobile home for removal from the 32 premises by removing the skirting, disconnecting 33 utilities, attaching tires and otherwise making the 34 mobile home safe and ready for highway travel. Your 35 mobile home should be removed or ready for removal by the 36 date and time specified in paragraph one of this notice. 37 38 3. If your mobile home is not removed from the l andlords 39 land by the date and time specified in paragraph 1 of 40 this noti ce, the landlord and sheriff shall have the 41 right to take possession of your mobile home for purposes 42 of removal and storage.
