You are to prepare the mobile home for removal from the 32 premises by removing the skirting, disconnecting 33 utilities, attaching tires and otherwise making the 34 mobile home safe and ready for highway travel. If your mobile home is not removed from the l andlords 39 land by the date and time specified in paragraph 1 of 40 this noti ce, the landlord and sheriff shall have the 41 right to take possession of your mobile home for purposes 42 of removal and storage.
