See Section 47-10-3 NMSA 1978. The 10 tenant must be given a period of not less 11 t ha n thirty days from the end of the 12 rental period during which the 13 termination notice was served to remove 14 any mobi le home from the premises. If 15 the mobile home is a multisection mobile 16 home and the tenant is the owner of th e17 mobile home, the tenant must be given 18 sixty (60) days from the end o f the 19 rental period to move the mobile home 20 from the premises. However, if the 21 multisection mobile home is being leased 22 to or occupied by a person other than its23 owner a thirty-day notice is all that is 24 required. 25 26 2. Use Civil Form 4-921 if termination is 27 for non-payment of rent. 28 29 3. Set forth the reason for termination of 30 the tenancy and the date, place and 31 circumstances of any acts allegedly 32 justifying the termination. See Section 33 47-10-5 NMSA 1978 for the reasons a 34 mobile home park tenancy may be 35 terminated. 36 37 4. Section 47-10-3 NMSA 1978 provides that 38 ser vi ce of a notice to quit shall be 39 served by delivering the notice to the 40 tenant personally or by posting the 41 notice at the main entrance of the mobile 42 home and sending a copy to the tenant by 43 certified mail, return receipt requested. 44 If this notice is personally delivered to 45 the resident, mailing or posting is not 46 required.
