F 1015-2.1.STMT.RELATED.CASES, STATEMENT OF RELATED CASES INFORMATION REQUIRED BY LBR 1015-2, LBR 1015-2(b) provides that when a person or entity fills out documents to open a bankruptcy case, one of the forms in a Petition Package that the debtor must file is called a "Statement of Related Cases".
