F 3007-1.2.NOTICE.REQ.CLAIM, NOTICE OF TRUSTEE’S/DEBTOR'S REQUEST FOR A COPY OF PROOF OF CLAIM, LBR 3007-1(c) provides the procedure for a party to request a full copy of a proof of claim when a full copy is not available in the court's records. The party who requests a copy of the claim must file that request with the court so that there is a public record of the request. Then, the requesting party delivers the request to the party which filed the Proof of Claim. An order is not required from the court. This form is optional.
