F 1007-1.MAILING.LIST.VERIFICATION, VERIFICATION OF MASTER MAILING LIST OF CREDITORS [LBR 1007-1(a)], LBR 1007-1(a) requires a debtor to submit a "Master Mailing List" at the same time a bankruptcy petition is filed. If a Master Mailing List is not included when a bankruptcy petition is submitted for filing, a complete case number will not be assigned and, thus, the bankruptcy case has not been opened.
