F 3003-1.ORDER.BARDATE, ORDER SETTING BAR DATE FOR FILING PROOFS OF CLAIM [FRBP 3003(c)(3); LBR 3003-1], LBR 3003-1 provides the procedure for a chapter 11 debtor or trustee to file a motion to ask the court to set a deadline for creditors and interest holders to file a proof of claim or interest. This is called a Motion for Bar Date. LBR 9013-1(q)(9) allows the court to enter an order without a hearing or additional notice.
