FRIDAY MOTION HEARING NOTICE. This form is used in the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach to schedule a motion hearing before the court on a Friday at 9:30 AM. This form notifies the court and opposing parties that a party (either the plaintiff or defendant) intends to request specific relief, which is either outlined in an attached document or stated within the form. The requesting party must file this notice at least seven days before the scheduled hearing.
