Description
CERTIFICATE OF SETTING AGREED TRIAL DATE OUTSIDE OF DOCKET CALL. This form is used in the Circuit Court of the City of Virginia Beach to certify that all counsel of record have agreed on a trial date without having to appear at the court’s scheduled docket call. It ensures that the trial date has been approved by the Circuit Court Judges’ Office and officially scheduled. If the case is a contested divorce, the court requires a Virginia Beach Divorce Pretrial Order to be entered before the trial date can be set. The form must be submitted along with a Scheduling Order to confirm the trial date, and if a jury trial is requested, the trial must be scheduled on a Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Once completed, the form is emailed to the court, and upon approval, the Judges’ Office forwards it to the Clerk’s Office for official filing and case management updates. www.FormsWorkflow.com
