Description
L-1148 - PROBATE NOTES. The provided information explains the purpose and process of Probate Examiner Notes in the Probate/Mental Health Department of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange. These notes are summaries prepared by the probate examiner after reviewing a petitioner's petition. They include information about the parties involved, the relief sought, filed reports or objections, notice requirements, and any deficiencies in the petition that need attention. The petitioner can access the Probate Notes approximately three weeks before the hearing date to review them. The notes may indicate if additional documents are required to correct or explain information to the court, and these documents must be filed at least five court days before the hearing. If the hearing is continued, new Probate Notes will be available approximately three weeks before the rescheduled hearing. www.FormsWorkflow.com
