EJ-195 - NOTICE OF RENEWAL OF JUDGMENT. This form is used to tell the judgment debtor that a judgment is being renewed. A copy of form EJ-190 is attached. 1. This renewal extends the period of enforceability of the judgment until 10 years from the date the application for renewal was filed or 5 years from the date the application for renewal was filed. 2.
