ARB FORM 24 -- ARBITRATION PRE-HEARING STATEMENT. This form is used in the District Court of Clark County, Nevada, to prepare for an arbitration hearing. It includes a brief description of the action and claims for relief (or defenses), a summary of claims for special and general damages, a list of witnesses with their contact details and a brief summary of their expected testimony, a list of exhibits to be relied upon, and identification of pleadings to be relied upon. It also outlines anticipated issues of law and evidence. The statement must be provided to the arbitrator and served upon all other parties to the arbitration at least 14 days prior to the arbitration hearing, as required by NAR 13.
