LACIV 202, REQUEST FOR ENFORCEMENT OF ORDER FOR RESTITUTION/JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO PENAL CODE SECTION 1214. This form is form used in the Los Angeles Superior Court (LASC) in California for requesting enforcement of an order for restitution or a judgment pursuant to Penal Code section 1214. Penal Code section 1214 allows a victim of a crime to obtain a restitution order from the court requiring the offender to pay the victim for any economic losses suffered as a result of the offense.
