PCT/IPEA/414, INVITATION TO FURNISH TRANSLATION OF PRIORITY DOCUMENT (PCT Rule 66.7(b)). This form is an invitation issued by the International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) under Rule 66.7(b) of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). When filing a PCT application, an applicant may claim priority from an earlier application filed in a foreign country. In such cases, the applicant must furnish a copy of the priority document to the International Bureau of WIPO within 16 months from the priority date.
