PCT/IPEA/441, INVITATION TO FURNISH NUCLEOTIDE AND/OR AMINO ACID SEQUENCE LISTING AND TO PAY, WHERE APPLICABLE, LATE FURNISHING FEE (PCT Rule 13ter.2 and Administrative Instructions, Section 208 and Annex C). This form is used by the International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA) under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). Under the PCT, an applicant for an international patent application may be required to provide a sequence listing of nucleotides and/or amino acids that are used in the invention. The purpose of the sequence listing is to enable the examiners to understand the invention and determine its novelty and inventiveness.
