APPLICATION TO QUALIFY AS AN ATTORNEY OF THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE EASTERN DISTRICT OF VIRGINIA (RICHMOND DIVISION). This form is used in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Richmond Division by attorneys seeking admission to practice before this federal court. To be admitted, the applicant must take the Oath of Admission in open court before a U.S. District Judge. The process requires that the applicant be accompanied by a movant, an attorney who has already been admitted to practice in the Eastern District of Virginia, who will make an oral motion for the applicant’s admission.
