PCT-RO-145 - INVITATION TO FURNISH TRANSLATION OF DESCRIPTION OR CLAIMS OR ANY PART THEREOF AND TO PAY, WHERE APPLICABLE, LATE FURNISHING FEE (PCT Rules 12.3 (c) and (e), and 26.3ter(e)). This form is an invitation from a receiving office under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) for an applicant to provide a translation of the description or claims, or part thereof, in a language accepted by the receiving office. The applicant must ensure that the application is in a single language that meets specific criteria: it must be one of the original languages of the application, accepted by the International Searching Authority, and the language in which the application will be published. The applicant is given a time limit to furnish the required translation and may be charged a late furnishing fee if the translation is submitted after the deadline.
