Code Ann. §12-21-2710 as previously ordered by this court. After examining the machine(s) and reviewing the evidence presented, IT IS SO ORDERED that the machines: Are illegal gambling devices pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §12-21-2710 and shall be destroyed. Are not illegal gambling devices in violation of S.C. Code Ann. §12-21-2710 and shall be returned to the owner.
