Code Ann. §16-3-1840 for consideration of setting bond. This matter came before me pursuant to S.C. Code Ann. §16-3-1740 for consideration of sentencing. Solicitor: Counsel for defendant: Law Enforcement: IT IS ORDERED THAT the defendant above named undergo a mental health evaluation to determine the defendant's need, if any, for mental health treatment or counseling. The Community Mental Health Center shall schedule an evaluation within ten days of this Order, and within 48 hours of the completed evaluation, the examiner shall issue a report to this Court, the solicitor's office and the Police/Sheriff's Department, as well as counsel for the defendant. The warrant in this matter and any other available incident reports and NCIC reports shall be furnished to the Mental Health Center with this Order. (check if applicable) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the (law enforcement agency) transport the Defendant to the Mental Health Center to arrive at the time and place scheduled by the Center, and following the evaluation, return the Defendant to the detention center.
